Technical leader Simon, a former Microsoft MVP has 20 + years' IT experience working with start-ups, corporate enterprises and MSPs.

An advocate of knowledge sharing Simon has been a significant contributor to Expects Exchange and TechNet with occasional contributions to BBC (online and Radio 4), ITN and Channel 4 News.

Early MSP client engagement included consulting, solutions architecture, pre-sales, project management and assisted delivery, working predominately with Exchange and Terminal Services.

In recent years Simon's MSP-focus broadened to overall technical leadership, understanding the symbiotic commercial and technical weave crucial to MSP success.

From his base in Oxfordshire, straight-talking Simon now supports MSPs on the journey from adoption and implementation of best practise, bridging the technical leadership skills and resource gaps created by growth through mentorship and governance.
